Rental Proposal Form 

Sierra Room

With its warm ash tones, the Sierra Room offers a beautiful view of the Fountain Court. Whether you prefer a dramatic setting or a natural airy atmosphere, the Sierra Room can be transformed to fit your vision. Professional audio, video, and lighting are available upon request.

Grand Lobby

With its sweeping spiral staircase, elegant fireplace, and copper and granite accents, the Grand Lobby is an atmosphere of grandeur. This is the ideal location for wedding ceremonies or bridal showers.

Wedding Ceremony Package includes:

• 4 hours of Grand Lobby use
• 1 hour of rehearsal time prior to the wedding
• Theater style seating for up to 235 guests
• Conference audio (includes speakers, CD playback, and up to 4 microphones) and technician
• Event staff
• Custodial services staff

 Wedding Reception Package includes:

• 8 hours of Sierra Room use
• Banquet style seating for up to 300 guests
• Standard dance floor
• Event staff
• Custodial Services staff
• Security

 Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package includes:

• 4 hours of Grand Lobby use for ceremony
• 8 hours of Sierra Room use for reception
• 1 hour of rehearsal time prior to the wedding
• Theater style seating for up to 235 guests in the Grand Lobby
• Banquet style seating for up to 300 guests in the Sierra Room
• Conference audio (includes speakers, CD playback, and up to 4 microphones) and technician for ceremony
