Matt Mauser & The Pete Jacobs Big Band Celebrate Ol’ Blue Eyes at the CCPA on Sun., October 8, 3:00 PM

CERRITOS, CA – By popular demand, vocalist-guitarist Matt Mauser returns to the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA), accompanied by The Pete Jacobs Big Band, in a musical tribute to the legendary Frank Sinatra. Catch them on Sunday, October 8 at 3:00 PM. Tickets start at $29.

In a professional entertainment career that spanned more than 60 years, Sinatra cemented his enduring appeal and timelessness, continuing to appeal to the masses even after his death in 1998. Paying homage to the legend and his timeless roster of hits, this show highlights Sinatra’s years at the Sands, the Rat Pack, and many other American classic award-winning singers from the ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s. MATT MAUSER & THE PETE JACOBS BIG BAND perform Ol’ Blue Eyes’ biggest tunes, which include That’s Life; Come Fly With Me; Night and Day; All The Way; My Kind of Town; and New York, New York.

Mauser, the lead singer of the Rock cover band The Tijuana Dogs, has teamed up with acclaimed music producer and arranger Pete Jacobs in this collaboration, garnering the Orange County Register’s praise: Mauser has “become a very successful Frank Sinatra tribute singer/impersonator. What takes his act to the next level, however, is the backing of a 12-piece band led by Pete Jacobs.”

Jacobs’ band, formed in 1997, has performed throughout the United States and Europe, including performances at New York’s Lincoln Center, Disneyland, and The Hollywood Bowl.
