Rental Proposal Form

To inquire about renting the Sierra Room, Grand Lobby or Garden Court area please complete the online Rental Proposal Form or call our Special Event Services representatives at (562) 916-8510.

To inquire about renting the Theater please download the Theater Event Info Questionnaire . If you would like to film at the theater you will need to download the questionnaire and the Filming Permit. Please mail to our Operations/Technical Services Department.
